User Profile & Change Language

Use the account menu in Fabritec to open your profile, review your personal and job role information, change your password, request an email verification link, and choose your interface language.

The menu also provides Disable Push, Change Server URL, and Logout options.

Accessing Your Account Settings

In the top-right corner of the illustrated English interface, click your username, profile picture, or the arrow beside your account details.

The account menu opens.

Select My Profile to open your personal information page.

Option	Purpose
My Profile	Open your personal information page and account controls.
Change Language	Open the window for selecting and saving your interface language.
Disable Push	Access the push-notification disabling control.
Change Server URL	Access the server URL change control.
Logout	Sign out of Fabritec.

Editing Your Profile

Open My Profile to review your personal information and job role details.

1. Personal Info

This section includes:

Field	Description
Full Name	Your full name as recorded in Fabritec.
User Name	The username associated with your account.
Email	The email address associated with your account.

Review these details and update the fields that your account allows you to edit.

Note: Some fields may not be editable because of your company's role-based restrictions. Contact your system administrator when a restricted field needs to be corrected.

2. Job Role Information

This section displays:

Field	Description
Title	Your job title.
Department	The department assigned to your account.
Role	The role that defines your permissions within Fabritec.

These fields describe different aspects of your account: Title identifies your position, Department identifies your team, and Role defines your system access.

Your job role information is also shown in system activity logs, such as Tracking, QC, and Shipping.

If your details no longer match your responsibilities, contact your system administrator to review them.

Change Password

To update your password:

Open My Profile from the account menu.

Click Change Password at the top of the profile page.

Enter your current password.

Enter your new password, then enter it again in the confirmation field.

Click Save to apply the change.

The new password and its confirmation should match. Follow any validation instructions displayed in the form before saving.

Resend Verification Email

When your account appears as Unverified, use Send Verification Email to request a verification link.

Open My Profile.

Check that the email address shown belongs to you and is correct.

Click Send Verification Email.

Open the verification message in your email inbox and follow its link to complete verification.

Requesting a verification email and completing verification are separate steps. Follow the link in the message to finish the process.

If the recorded email address is incorrect and you cannot edit it, contact your system administrator before requesting another verification email.

Changing the System Language

Use Change Language to select the language of the Fabritec interface.

You can open this control directly from the account menu; you do not need to open My Profile first.

How to Change Your Language

Open the account menu using your username, profile picture, or the arrow beside your account details.

Select Change Language.

In the Change Language window, open the language selection field.

Select your preferred language from the available options.

Click Save inside the Change Language window to apply your selection.

The language options described for this feature include:

Language	Option Label
English	English (United States)
Arabic	Arabic (Egypt)

The illustrated window shows English (United States) as the selected value.

Save Your Selection

Use the Save button in the language window after selecting the required language.

After saving, check that the interface is displayed in the selected language before continuing your work.

Important: Include the Save step when changing your language. Selecting a language is not the last step in this workflow.

Close the Language Window

Use the X in the upper-right corner of the Change Language window to close it.

To apply a language selection, use Save rather than the close icon.

Logout

To sign out of Fabritec, open the account menu and click Logout at the bottom of the menu.

Helpful Tips

Choose your preferred language before starting major tasks, and click Save in the language window to apply it.

Keep your email address correct so you can receive account communications and important notifications.

Contact your system administrator when profile information is incorrect or a field is not editable.
