Accessing Your Profile Page (My Profile)

From the top-left corner of the screen, click your username or profile picture.

A dropdown menu will appear with the following options: 3.
Click My Profile to open your personal information page.
👤 Editing Your Profile#
After opening the My Profile page, you will find three main sections:
🔹 1) Personal Info#
Note: Some fields may not be editable if your company has restricted permissions based on user roles.
This section displays your:Role (Your permission level within the system)
These details appear in all system activity logs such as Tracking, QC, and Shipping.

Click the Change Password button at the top of the page.

You will be prompted to enter: 3.
Click Save to apply the changes.
🔔 Resend Verification Email#
If your account appears as Unverified, you can activate your email by clicking:🔸 Send Verification EmailA verification link will be sent to your email inbox.
🌍 Changing the System Language
1.
Click your username at the top of the screen.

Select Change Language from the dropdown menu.

A popup window will appear showing available languages, such as: 4.
Select your preferred language. The interface will reload automatically in the chosen language.
💡 Helpful Tips#
It’s recommended to set your language before starting major tasks to ensure a consistent experience.
Make sure your email address is correct to avoid missing important notifications.
If some fields are not editable, contact your system administrator (Admin) as they may be permission-restricted.
