The Labour Groups feature allows you to organize multiple workers into logical teams based on how work is actually executed on the shop floor.
Instead of planning production by individual workers, you can plan, assign, and track work by team. This simplifies production planning, improves coordination, and reflects real-world fabrication workflows. With Labour Groups, you can:Group workers who operate together
Combine workers with different job titles into one team
Assign work based on team capacity instead of individuals
Simplify scheduling and execution on complex stages
Improve visibility for supervisors and planners
š What Is a Labour Group?
A Labour Group represents a working team, not a job title. In real factories, work is often done by:A machine operator + assistant
A small crew rotating between tasks
Labour Groups allow you to model this reality inside Fabritec.A Labour Group can include:Workers with different job titles
Workers from different skills
