The Home page in Fabritec gives users a configurable dashboard for monitoring factory activity, project progress, tasks, production, quality control, rework, shipping, and dispatches from one central view.The Home page is designed for users who need a quick operational overview without opening multiple modules. It helps managers, production teams, quality teams, shipping teams, and project stakeholders see what needs attention across all projects or within a selected project.Fabritec now provides up to 50 widgets that can be added to the Home page dashboard based on each user’s role and daily workflow.

What Are Home Page Widgets?#
Home Page Widgets are small dashboard blocks that display selected operational data.
Each widget focuses on one area of work, such as:The purpose of the Home page is to give users a factory-level or cross-project view of execution.Instead of checking production, QC, shipping, and task pages separately, users can add the widgets they need and monitor the most important updates from one place.
Where to Find Home Page Widgets#
The Home page appears from the main side menu under the General section.Welcome message and current date
Main Filters#
The Home page includes filters that control the data displayed inside widgets.Duration Filter#
The Duration filter controls the time period used by time-based widgets.Example#

A purple plus button means the widget can be added.A disabled check indicator usually means the widget is already added or not currently available for the selected context.

How to Remove a Widget from the Home Page#

Removing a widget only removes it from the Home page layout. It does not delete the related project, production, task, QC, rework, shipping, or dispatch data.
Save Your Home Dashboard#
The Save Your Dashboard window allows users to save the current Home page widget layout.To open this window, click:Action#

Name#
The Name field is used to name the dashboard layout.Choose a clear name that describes the dashboard purpose.Use names that are easy to recognize when switching between dashboards later.Is Default#
The Is Default checkbox sets the selected dashboard as the default Home page view.When a dashboard is marked as default, Fabritec opens this layout automatically when the user visits the Home page.This is your main daily dashboard

Switch Home Dashboard Settings#
The Switch Dashboard Settings window allows users to move between saved Home dashboard layouts.Name Dropdown#
