The Reports page in Fabritec provides powerful, ready-to-use analytical tools that help you measure productivity, track performance, review labour efficiency, monitor backlog, and monitor shipping progress.Reports are designed to give managers, production teams, planning teams, and logistics teams clear operational insight through structured report groups, flexible filters, and export options.
Reports are divided into two main sections:
📍 Where to Find Reports#
Reports → Productivity / ShippingThe Reports page appears from the main sidebar. At the top of the page, you can switch between:Each section displays a set of report cards. Clicking any report opens a filter window where you can:Choose projects, phases, categories, stages, or items depending on the report
Filter by manufacturing-only or outsourcing-only data where applicable
View results directly inside the system
Export reports to Excel or PDF
Productivity Reports#
Productivity Reports help you analyze production performance from multiple angles. They are grouped into several categories to make it easier to find the right report based on what you want to measure.
🔹 By Project#
These reports provide project-level production visibility across all active and completed work.Available Reports#
Production By Project (Manufacturing Only)
Production By Project (Outsourcing Only)
Hours Productivity By Project
Current Projects Statuses (Overview)
Use these reports to understand production output and progress across projects. They are especially useful when management needs to compare project performance, review project completion status, or understand how much work was completed internally versus through outsourcing. When to Use By Project Reports#
Use these reports when you need to:Compare productivity between multiple projects
Review total production output by project
Separate internal manufacturing from outsourced production
Measure working hours spent per project
Get a quick overview of current project statuses
🔹 By Phase#
These reports focus on productivity inside individual project phases.Available Reports#
Production By Phase (Manufacturing Only)
Production By Phase (Outsourcing Only)
Hours Productivity By Phase
Current Phases Statuses (Overview)
Use these reports when you need phase-level visibility. They help production managers understand which phases are progressing well, which phases are delayed, and how production output is distributed across the project structure.
🔹 By Category & Phase#
These reports allow you to compare productivity output based on item category and production phase.Available Reports#
Productivity By Phase And Category
Productivity By Phase And Category (Manufacturing Only)
Productivity By Phase And Category (Outsourcing Only)
Use these reports to understand which categories consume the most effort or contribute the most output within each phase. They are useful for analyzing production by material type, item classification, or fabrication category.
🔹 By Stage#
These reports provide insights based on production stages.Available Reports#
Production By Shifts & Stages
Use these reports to analyze performance across production stages such as cutting, welding, assembly, painting, or other configured workflow steps.Comparing stage productivity
Reviewing shift-based performance
Balancing workload across the factory
🔹 By Items#
These reports focus on individual production items.Available Reports#
Production By Items Per Stage
Use these reports to inspect detailed item-level progress and understand how each item moves through production. They are useful when you need to troubleshoot production issues, review progress for specific marks, or analyze item completion by stage.
🔹 Labour#
This section helps measure workforce productivity.Available Report#
Use this report to review labour efficiency based on production output, working hours, and assigned production activity. It helps managers understand workforce contribution and identify areas where labour allocation may need improvement.
🔹 Shop Load#
This section shows the current and upcoming load on the facility.Available Report#
Use this report before planning new production work or assigning additional tasks. It helps teams understand factory capacity, workload pressure, and whether the shop floor is overloaded or underutilized.
🔹 Logs#
This section provides detailed production history.Available Report#
Use this report to review item movement and production activity history.Production actions performed on each item
This report is useful for traceability, investigation, and audit purposes.
🔹 Backlog ( Remaining )#
This section helps monitor remaining or delayed work.Available Report#
Use this report to identify work that has not yet been completed across phases. It helps production and planning teams review remaining quantities, delayed items, and outstanding production work that may affect project delivery.
Viewing & Exporting Reports#
When you click any report card, a Report Filter Window appears.Depending on the selected report, available filters may include:Manufacturing / Outsourcing filtering
After applying filters, you can:View the report directly inside the system
Export to Excel for offline analysis
Export to PDF for presentations, documentation, or management reporting
Exporting reports is useful for weekly reviews, monthly reporting, internal audits, and management meetings.
Shipping Reports#
Switch to the Shipping tab at the top of the Reports page to view shipping-related reports.Shipping reports help logistics and management teams monitor shipped quantities, shipping progress, and dispatch readiness across project phases.
🔹 By Phase#
Available Reports#
Shipping By Phase#
The Shipping By Phase report shows shipping progress grouped by project phase.Use this report to understand how much has been shipped for each phase and how shipping performance compares against production progress. This report is useful for:Monitoring phase-level shipping progress
Reviewing shipped quantities and weights
Supporting logistics planning
Tracking delivery commitments by phase
Following up on phases that are produced but not yet shipped
Shipping Summary#
The Shipping Summary report provides a higher-level overview of shipping activity.Use this report when you need a quick summary of shipping performance without reviewing each phase in detail. It helps management and logistics teams understand overall shipping status and identify whether there are pending, in-progress, or completed shipping activities that require attention.
