Manage CRM Settings — Allows access to CRM configuration, including statuses, probabilities, scopes, industries, competitors, loss reasons, numbering, currencies, and general settings.
View Team CRM Data — Allows the user to view enquiries and CRM results belonging to members of their assigned team or department.
View All CRM Data — Allows the user to view CRM information across the entire organization, including all enquiries, owners, customers, values, costs, and forecasts.
