Shipping Calendar

The Shipping Calendar in Fabritec provides a visual and organized way to plan, track, and manage all shipping dispatches.
It allows your logistics and shipping teams to view upcoming schedules, avoid conflicts, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
With multiple calendar views and easy dispatch creation, the Shipping Calendar becomes your factory’s central planning tool for outbound logistics.

The calendar supports multiple viewing modes to fit different planning needs:
Today – Jump instantly to the current day
Day View – Focus on a single day's dispatches
Week View – Overview of all scheduled dispatches for the week
Work Week View – Monday to Friday schedule
Month View – Full monthly planning (default)
Agenda View – A chronological list of upcoming dispatches
You can move between months using:
← Previous Month
β†’ Next Month
Month Dropdown (e.g., November 2025)

🚚 Dispatch Entries on the Calendar#

Each dispatch appears as a colored event card inside the date cell.
Event cards display:
Time of dispatch
Dispatch Number (e.g., #457-12345)
Phase reference when applicable
Hovering or clicking the event opens more detailed dispatch information.

βž• Add Dispatch#

Click the Add Dispatch button (top right) to create a new shipping dispatch.
You can define:
Date & time
Project phase
Items & quantities
Loading destination
Driver or vehicle details
Notes or instructions
Once created, the dispatch appears directly on the calendar.
