A Role is a predefined set of permissions assigned to one or more users.
Each role determines what a user can:Examples of common roles include:System Admin ā Full system access
Workstation Operator ā Limited access to production tasks
Shipping Coordinator ā Manages shipping workflows
Project Manager ā Oversees project and building progress
Quality Control Inspector ā Handles QC operations

Click Add Role to create a new access role.
Fill in the following fields:
1ļøā£ Role Name (Required)#
Enter a clear, descriptive name for the role.
2ļøā£ Description (Optional)#
Add a brief explanation of the role's responsibilities.

You may choose permissions individually or click Select All to assign full access.
āļø Saving the Role#
Click Add to save your new role.It will now appear in the Roles list and can be assigned to any user.
š„ Assigning Users to Roles#
Users are linked to roles through the Users page.Assigned user icons appear directly in the Roles list.
āļø Editing or šļø Deleting a Role#
šļø View ā See all permissions assigned to the role
āļø Edit ā Modify name, description, or permissions
šļø Delete ā Remove the role
ā ļø You cannot delete a role that is currently assigned to users.
Reassign users first before deletion.
