The CRM Customers page provides a commercial view of every company connected to Fabritec.It combines customer and prospect records with live CRM information, allowing sales and management teams to understand:
Which companies are active prospects
Which companies are established customers
Which records have no CRM activity
How many open enquiries each company has
The commercial value currently in the pipeline
The value of won opportunities
The total estimated tonnage associated with each company
When the latest CRM activity occurred
Unlike a standard customer directory, the CRM Customers page connects each company with its visible enquiries, forecast values, won opportunities, and operational customer profile.This gives sales, estimating, project, and management teams a single place to review the full relationship with each company.
Displays every company available to you, regardless of its current relationship classification.Use this view when you need a complete commercial company list.
Displays companies that have CRM enquiry activity but have not yet become established project customers.A prospect may have:
One or more open enquiries
Quoted opportunities
Won commercial value
Estimated tonnage
Recent CRM activity
A company can still appear as a prospect after an enquiry is marked as won when the won opportunity has not yet been connected to or converted into a Fabritec project.
Displays established customer records, normally including companies already connected to Fabritec’s project and customer-management workflow.Customers may also have CRM enquiries, pipeline value, and won opportunities.
Displays the company name.When a company code is available, it appears beneath the company name.The letter icon beside the record is generated from the company name.
Shows the total commercial value of the company’s visible open pipeline.It is calculated from open and on-hold enquiries available to the current user.Values are displayed in the configured CRM base currency.
Shows the total value of enquiries marked as Won for that company.This allows account managers to compare current pipeline potential with historically secured work.A company may show won value while still being classified as a prospect when its won enquiry has not yet been converted into or linked to a project.
Shows the combined estimated tonnage recorded against the company’s visible CRM enquiries.Tonnage is calculated from the units and quantities entered in enquiry commercial lines.The value is shown only when tonnage visibility is enabled in:CRM → Settings → General settings
Shows the date of the latest CRM activity associated with the company.CRM activity may include the creation or update of an enquiry linked to that company.A dash indicates that no CRM activity is currently recorded or visible to the user.
The delete action is available only when the company can be safely removed.It is typically shown for records with no related CRM or operational activity.Fabritec protects company records that are already connected to enquiries, projects, or other dependent records.
Click Reset cache when the table appears to be showing outdated information after major data changes.This forces the page to rebuild its displayed information from the latest available system data.
Required field.Enter the official company or customer name as it should appear throughout Fabritec.Use a clear and consistent name to avoid duplicate company records.
Enable this option when the company operates as a manufacturer.A company may be identified as a customer, vendor, manufacturer, or a combination of these roles.
The CRM Insights section is calculated from enquiries visible to the current user.This means two users may see different values when their CRM data permissions are different.For example:
A sales representative may see only their own enquiries.
Shows the probability-adjusted value of the customer’s open pipeline.The calculation is:Enquiry Amount × ProbabilityExample:An enquiry worth USD 621,200 at 50% probability contributes:USD 310,600 to the weighted forecast.
Shows the estimated tonnage associated only with open and on-hold enquiries.This is useful for understanding the potential future production workload connected to the customer.
Shows the total number of CRM enquiries visible to the current user for the selected company.The date shown with this indicator represents the latest CRM activity date.
The Top Projects by Weight section identifies the company’s largest linked projects based on project weight.When the company has no projects, the section remains empty.
The Projects tab displays operational Fabritec projects associated with the company.A won enquiry may appear in the CRM history before a project exists.The project appears here after the won enquiry is:
