🚚 Shipping#

Track, manage, and streamline all shipping operations for your project in one place.
The Shipping page allows you to create dispatches, prepare packing lists, attach delivery documents, and monitor all outgoing shipments.

šŸš€ Overview#

Once items complete Production, QC, and Shipping Yard entry, they become available for dispatching to the customer.
The Shipping page provides full visibility and control over each shipment including:
Dispatch numbers
Customer details
Truck and driver info
Weights & quantities
Shipping dates
Documentation and notes

šŸ“¦ Creating a New Dispatch (Add Dispatch)
Click Add Dispatch to initiate the shipping process.
The dispatch workflow consists of three main tabs:

This tab captures essential logistics and transportation details.

Required Fields#

Dispatch Number
Driver Name
Driver Phone
License Number
Select Truck (includes available fleet & truck types)
Address (shipping destination)
Shipping Date

Optional#

Expected Delivery Date
This information ensures that each shipment has complete traceability and meets compliance standards.

2ļøāƒ£ Packing List#

This is where you select which items will be included in the dispatch.

Features#

Search by item mark
Filter available items only
Add multiple items
System validates that selected quantities match available stock
The packing list ensures the customer receives a complete and accurate shipment.

3ļøāƒ£ Delivery Notes#

Attach additional information or documents related to the shipment.

Options#

Add Delivery Notes text
Upload multiple files (optional attachments such as PDFs, photos, or signed forms)
Once completed, click Save Dispatch to finalize.

After saving, all dispatches appear in the main table with key information:

You can also export data to Excel or PDF for reporting purposes.

āœ” Ensure QC Completion Before Shipping#

Only items that have passed inspection and entered the Shipping Yard should be dispatched.

Incorrect data may cause delivery issues or compliance violations.

Attach all relevant documents to maintain a complete shipping history.

āœ” Use Packing List Filters#

Always verify that selected items are available and assigned to the correct phase.

Maintain backup documentation for audits and customer reporting.
