The Logs page displays a table of recorded audit events for user management and application activity.Each row represents one recorded action inside Fabritec.Examples of logged actions may include:Updating production tracking

Logs Table Columns#
The Logs table includes the following main columns:| Column | Description |

Action#

This helps administrators quickly understand the type of operation recorded.
Level#
The Level column shows whether the action was completed successfully or resulted in an issue.Success — The action was completed successfully.
Error — The action failed or generated an error.
This is useful when investigating failed system actions or checking whether a specific operation was completed correctly.
Username#
The Username column displays the user account that performed the action.This allows administrators to connect system activity to the responsible user.
IP Address#
The IP Address column shows the network address used when the action was recorded.This helps with audit review, access monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Date Created#
The Date Created column shows the exact date and time when the action happened.This helps administrators review activity chronologically and investigate events based on timing.
Details#
The Details column includes an eye icon that allows you to open more information about the selected log entry.Use this option when you need to review the full audit details of a specific action.
Searching Logs#
Use the Search field to quickly find specific log records.You can search by keywords related to:Other visible log information

Filtering Logs#

Reviewing Logs for a Specific User#
Fabritec also allows administrators to review actions for a specific user directly from the Users page.To view user-specific logs:1.
Go to User Management → Users.

Fabritec opens the Logs page filtered for that selected user.This view helps you review all audit events recorded for one user only.Use this when you need to investigate:Actions performed by a specific employee
Failed actions related to one account
