The Project Overview page in Fabritec provides a configurable dashboard for monitoring the execution status of a selected project.It brings key project data into one view, including production progress, shipping progress, erection progress, item weight, lifecycle status, backlog, tasks, quality control, rework, and dispatch activity.Instead of opening each project module separately, users can use the Overview page to understand the current project status quickly and decide where action is needed.With Project Overview Widgets, you can:Monitor overall project progress

What Is the Project Overview Page?#
The Project Overview page is a project-specific dashboard.It summarizes execution data from different project areas, including:The page helps users answer important project questions such as:How much of the project is completed?
What is still in production?
What has finished production?
Which stages still have backlog?
Are there pending QC inspections?
Is there rework affecting progress?
Are dispatches scheduled or overdue?
Where to Find Project Overview#

Project and Phase Filters#
At the top of the Project Overview page, Fabritec provides filters that control the data shown in the widgets.Project Filter#

Save Changes#
When the dashboard is in editing mode, use Save Changes to apply widget changes to the current Project Overview layout.Click Save Changes after adding or removing widgets.This confirms the updated widget arrangement on the page.Save#

A purple plus button means the widget can be added.A disabled check indicator usually means the widget is already added to the dashboard or is not available for the current context.

Open the required project.

Use the search field or category filters to find the widget.

Click the purple plus button beside the widget.

Repeat the same steps for any additional widgets.

Click Save Changes to apply the updated dashboard.
The selected widget will now appear on the Project Overview dashboard.

Locate the widget you want to remove.

Click the remove icon on the widget.
Removing a widget only removes it from the dashboard layout.It does not delete any project, production, QC, rework, shipping, dispatch, task, phase, or building data.
Save Your Project Overview Dashboard#
The Save Your Dashboard window allows users to save the current Project Overview layout as a named dashboard.To open this window, click:Action#

Name#
The Name field is used to name the Project Overview dashboard layout.Choose a clear name that describes the dashboard purpose.Project Delivery Follow-up
Use names that clearly explain the dashboard’s purpose, so users can identify the correct layout later.Is Default#
The Is Default checkbox sets the selected dashboard as the default Project Overview view.When a dashboard is marked as default, Fabritec opens this layout automatically when the user accesses the Project Overview page, depending on saved settings and permissions.This is the main project review layout

Switch Project Overview Dashboard Settings#
The Switch Dashboard Settings window allows users to move between saved Project Overview dashboard layouts.Name Dropdown#
