Shipping Status

🚚 Shipping Status#

The Shipping Status page allows you to monitor and manage all activities related to items entering the shipping yard and items ready for shipment.
This page connects production, QC, and logistics to ensure every item is properly tracked until it leaves the factory.
Shipping Status is divided into two main sections:
πŸ“¦ Shipping Status β€” View and manage all completed items, their weights, quantities, and shipment readiness.
πŸ—οΈ Entry to Shipping Yard β€” Approve items entering the yard after QC.

πŸ’‘ How Shipping Status Works in the Workflow#

1.

2.
QC approves it
3.
Item appears in Entry to Shipping Yard
4.
Yard team accepts quantities
5.
Item’s weight and presence updates in Shipping Status
6.
Item becomes available for final shipment
This ensures traceability and prevents unauthorized or unrecorded yard entries.

⭐ Best Practices for Shipping Teams#

Always verify that QC approval is completed before accepting yard entries
Use Accept All only when daily QC and production batches are validated
Compare In Yard Weight with physical inventory weekly
Maintain accurate quantity adjustments when accepting items
Export reports monthly to ensure data backup and management review
Keep the Shipping Calendar updated to avoid conflicts in dispatch dates
