Customer control, site execution visibility, configurable dashboards, reporting expansion, and administrative governance improvementsThis release introduces major improvements across Fabritec’s execution layer, focused on strengthening customer data control, extending project visibility to site erection, improving audit governance, and giving teams more flexible dashboard and reporting tools. These updates help teams manage customer information, track the full lifecycle from production to erection, review user activity, customize operational dashboards, and control key administrative settings with stronger structure and traceability.
Fabritec now introduces a dedicated Customers module, providing a centralized workspace for managing customer profiles, related projects, contacts, documents, notes, and customer-linked tasks.Instead of keeping customer information across spreadsheets, emails, folders, or disconnected records, teams can now manage customer data directly inside Fabritec and connect it with project activity, production volume, task follow-up, and account-level visibility.
Creates a single source of truth for customer information
Reduces duplicated or scattered customer records
Improves sales, project management, and production coordination
Helps management understand customer activity and project volume
Keeps customer follow-ups traceable instead of relying on informal messages
Protects project history by preventing deletion of customers linked to projects
Improves account review quality using real project data
2. Erection – Site Installation Tracking from Delivery to Completion#
Fabritec now introduces Erection tracking, allowing teams to monitor site installation progress after items have been produced, shipped, and delivered to the work site. This extends Fabritec’s execution visibility beyond factory production and shipping, giving project teams a connected view of what has been produced, shipped, delivered, and erected.
Erection must be activated when creating the project.Once Include erection is enabled and the project is created, it cannot be deactivated later. This ensures that site installation tracking remains consistent throughout the project lifecycle.
Extends visibility from factory execution to site completion
Improves coordination between production, logistics, project teams, and site teams
Reduces confusion between “delivered” and “erected”
Helps management monitor real project completion, not only factory completion
Supports more accurate client progress reporting
Improves control over site installation follow-up
Maintains full traceability across production, shipping, delivery, and erection
3. System Logs – Application Audit Trail and User Activity Visibility#
Fabritec now introduces a dedicated Logs page under User Management, enabling authorized users to review audit events and user activity across the application. This feature helps administrators understand who performed an action, when it happened, which IP address was used, and whether the action was completed successfully or resulted in an error.
Fabritec now enhances both the Home page and the Project Overview page with configurable widget-based dashboards, giving users more control over what they monitor, how they review operational data, and how they save dashboard layouts for different roles and workflows. With this update, Fabritec now provides around 50 operational widgets across the Home and Project Overview dashboards, covering production, projects, tasks, quality control, rework, shipping, erection, phases, buildings, KPIs, and charts. The Home page is the main operational dashboard for cross-project visibility. It helps users monitor factory activity, recent projects, assigned tasks, task status, production indicators, and operational performance across all projects or a selected project. The Project Overview page provides a focused dashboard for one selected project. It helps project managers and operational teams review project-specific progress, production status, shipping progress, erection progress, backlog, quality control, rework, phases, buildings, tasks, and dispatch activity.Together, these updates give teams flexible visibility at two levels:
Home page for overall factory and cross-project monitoring
Project Overview page for detailed project execution monitoring
The Home page is designed as the main workspace for users who need a quick operational overview after logging into Fabritec. It allows teams to monitor information across all projects or focus on a selected project using the available filters. The Home page may include widgets such as:
Recent Projects
My Tasks
Task Status Summary
KPI widgets
Productivity widgets
Chart widgets
Project-related widgets
Role-based operational widgets
From the Home page, users can quickly review:
Recent project activity
Project progress
Assigned tasks
Task status distribution
Production and operational indicators
Cross-project workload
High-level factory performance
This makes the Home page useful for management, production supervisors, planning teams, project managers, and users who need a quick view of what requires attention.
The Project Overview page is designed for detailed monitoring of one selected project. It provides project-specific execution visibility and helps teams review progress without opening every project module separately.Project Overview widgets may include:
Users can now save multiple dashboard layouts and switch between them based on the type of review they are performing.Examples of saved dashboard views include:
Factory Manager Dashboard
Production Supervisor Dashboard
Planning Engineer Dashboard
Project Manager View
Production View
QC View
Shipping View
Management View
Project Delivery Follow-up View
This allows the same system page to support different operational needs without forcing every user to work from the same dashboard layout.

5. License Info – Subscription, Usage, Storage, and Support Access Control#
Fabritec now introduces a dedicated License info page, giving tenant owners and authorized users a clear view of subscription status, user usage, storage usage, next payment date, Fabritec admin access, and subscription history. This page helps system administrators monitor access, usage limits, storage consumption, renewal timing, and support access from one centralized place.
The User Usage section shows how many users are currently used compared to the number allowed in the subscription plan. This helps tenant owners and administrators:
Monitor user limits
Avoid exceeding the allowed number of users
Review inactive or unnecessary accounts
Plan user additions before inviting new users
Coordinate with Fabritec support when more user seats are needed
The Fabritec Admins Access toggle allows tenant owners to control whether Fabritec admin users can access the tenant environment. This is useful when Fabritec support needs temporary access for:
Troubleshooting
Configuration assistance
Implementation support
Operational support
Reviewing reported issues
Tenant owners can disable access again once support activity is completed.
